These terms describe the conditions for using the website benjaminfix.ro and the general framework under which Benjamin Fix Service in Dumbrăvița provides its services. By using the site and ordering our services, you agree to the provisions below.
Scope
This document applies to the use of the website benjaminfix.ro and, as a general framework, to the services provided by Benjamin Fix Service, Dumbrăvița, Timiș county. The company’s full identification details are available on request and appear on the fiscal documents issued for each job. The specific terms of each job (scope, price, deadline) are agreed individually, by phone or via a written estimate, and take precedence over the general provisions here.
The content of the site is for information purposes. We do our best to keep it current and accurate, but it does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense – the binding offer is the price quoted individually for your specific case.
Services provided
Benjamin Fix Service provides car repair and maintenance services (mechanical, electrical, computer diagnostics, servicing), flatbed towing and roadside assistance. Towing and assistance are available non-stop; workshop jobs are generally carried out by prior appointment.
For every workshop job, the customer receives an estimate stating the price of the work before execution. Work is carried out only with the customer’s approval. If additional necessary work emerges during execution, it is communicated to and approved by the customer before being performed.
Prices, payment, invoicing
We quote prices before the work: by phone for towing and roadside assistance, and via an estimate after diagnosis for workshop jobs. Once quoted and accepted, the price stays fixed for the agreed scope of work. All prices quoted to consumers include VAT.
Payment is due on completion of the service, in cash or by card. A corresponding fiscal document is issued for every service provided. Vehicles left in the workshop’s custody are handed over upon full payment for the work, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty and liability
Work performed and parts fitted are covered by warranty under the Romanian legislation in force on warranties for products and services, and new parts by the manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty conditions for each job are stated on the job documents. The warranty does not cover normal wear, faults caused by improper use, or parts supplied by the customer, for which the warranty lies with the seller of the part.
During flatbed transport, vehicles are strapped down professionally and the transport activity is covered by the provider’s liability insurance. We are liable for damage caused through our fault under the general rules of law; we are not liable for valuables left in the vehicle and not declared at handover.

As a consumer, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro. Intellectual property and final provisions

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version published on the site is the applicable one.
