How we work: diagnosis first, fixed price second
The house rule is simple and has no exceptions: first we understand exactly what’s wrong with the car, then we tell you the price – and only after your go-ahead do we start work. The price on the estimate is the price on the invoice; if something unexpected turns up along the way, we call you first, we don’t present you with a done deal.
Transparency also includes the small gesture that says a lot: we show you the replaced parts and hand them over if you want them. And if a job isn’t justified – brakes that still have life in them, a battery that will survive another winter – we say so honestly.
